QuickSight provides the title placement at the top of the visualizations. While this works for most cases, I want to display the title at the bottom. Is there any functionality to display the title at the bottom?

The ability to have the title at the bottom of the Visualization is not available, but what you could do is move your analyses into “Free-Form” in the Settings 
on the left hand bar. From there, you could edit the visualization to completely remove the your title, add in a text box visualization with your title written inside, and using the Free-Form layout apply the title into the visualization. (Screenshots Below):
