Hi! I created a schedule on the existing dashboard for 4:30 PM PT daily, but when I saved it, it automatically got saved as 12:30 PM PT. While I am doing this I am in India btw. Now, I have tried multiple times changing it to the desired time, but it is not happening. Could you please assist me on how to schedule it for a desired time and date.
Hi @goyalaak – I was able to reproduce this issue. I was able to workaround this issue by providing the schedule in HH:MM format. So, in your case, can you please try time format as 04:30 PM? This worked for me, but when i gave 4:30 PM the time got reset to a different value.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
