Quicksight dashboard scheduler

Hello Quicksight community,

I have a dashboard with a few visuals. This dashboard basically tracks metrics values if they are above threshold. There can be scenarios where any of the visuals can be blank if the metrics have not exceeded the thresholds which is okay. However, in such scenarios, the the report is not getting sent to the stakeholder. How can this issue be overcome? Because even if one of the visuals is blank, I still want the report to be emailed to stakeholders.

I have tested this scenario in my account and i have received email report, with No Data visual included.

Can you try reconfiguring the email schedule and open a defect ticket, if its still not working.
