Scheduled emails not sending when I get no data on a visual

Hi QS Community,

Unpopular request but Im actually looking to see ‘no data’ on visuals of my reports but when there is a visual with no data I get the following error and the daily scheduled email doesnt sent to the recipients

    • The 13th visual has no data to display*

You can fix those problems and send the report directly to each subscriber.

Part of this daily email report for us is to check that there are no pending or declined transactions so I want to see the visuals with ‘no data’ this means all is well.

Anyone figured out a way around this?

Hi @cali, have you given a thought about creating an alert when there are no pending or declined transactions. You can create a KPI with count and use that count threshold to send out an alert.
