Data in pivot table is loading forever

Hello,

I have two fields (extract_date and extract_month)

extract_date : truncDate(‘DD’, {my_date})
extract_month: truncDate(‘MM’, {my_date})

When I need to use these fields in columns in the pivot table, the data does not load or it remains ‘loading’ forever, like as image.

Could it be because of the amount of data? How many unique values are you expecting for those 2 fields?

the biggest one is 2MM
