My pivot table shows “Can’t load all data” error. It shows values inside, but it is not aggregated the column and row totals. I have 24 columns, and 8 rows. I have similar pivot created for two regions, and that works accurately, but the third visual is essentially sum of the top two visuals, and is failing.
Hi @Mariam
Is it possible that your underlying data for the visual is too much? Have you tried filtering data for a smaller subset of the data and see if that works?
Regards,
Giri
There are approximately 14 million rows in underlying data. When I apply filters to select a region (example: north america, international) - the pivot table works, but when I select both to see ‘worldwide’ data, it fails at aggregating level.
Hi Mariam, this error occurs only when there are LAC and LAC-W calculation fields in the pivot table.
Could you please check the data fields that have been added to the pivot table?
You can refer to the link below for more information on this issue

Hi Biswajit, I saw this thread earlier, but didn’t get an answer to my question. I have only 6 rows in my pivot, and underlying data is approx 14 million rows. Something to note here is, the pivot works just fine when I place a filter on region. For example: I have a filter control to select ‘North America’, ‘International’, or both. When I select either of the two it works, but when I select both of them together, it is failing.
Hi @Mariam
The underlying size of the dataset seems to be at the root of your issues.
There are similar issues encountered by other members in the community. I suggest you reach out to AWS with a ticket so they can do a deeper analysis .
Hi @Mariam,
Thank you for your confirmation.
As mentioned by @Giridhar.Prabhu, could you please raise an AWS support ticket so they can guide you better on this?
Thanks & Regards,
Biswajit Dash
Hi Giridhar, thank you, do I have to have an AWS account for this?
