Pivot table visual error on total

My pivot table suddenly started having a visual error in the total row, after working previously. Additionally the exact same table, except more complex groupings, does not have that issue.

Need a solution quickly!

Hi @MasonWilliams,

Your first visual seems to have a small Warning icon in the bottom left, can you click on it and see if we get any clues of what is happening?

Not much help unfortunately

It must be able to load the data though, because I have the same table below that is loading fine

Is it possible to create the top table visualization again to see if you get the same error?

Yes, we are encountering the same error despite attempting to recreate the visual. Unfortunately, our efforts have not been successful.

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

If you find out the underlying cause with support please post it here and mark it as a solution so the community has that information too.
