I have a pivot table that was displaying data just fine, but now unless I use a control to filter data by region or year, quicksight is failing to load all data. The query runs and refresh with out any failures.
What is the duration between opening the dashboard and the error message appearing?
1-2 mins. It starts to load and then Visual error message pops up.
Would this be the error message?
If so, start thinking about simplifying the analysis, or removing columns from the dataset, or removing rows from the dataset. I’ll let others explain why.
We ran in to this when we expanded our spice dataset to include the pre-covid year, so that we could do YoY comparisons that included a “normal” year.
