Data Labels on Pie chart

Is there a way to show % outside of the Pie chart and when we hover on the Pie chart it should show the count (number) what we have taken.

I see that we have Metric label style - Percent only, Value only, and Value and percent. But in my case i would like to see % outside pie chart and value inside the pie chart when we hover.

You cannot do this as of now. I can mark it as a feature request.
