Hello everyone!
I am using existing data-set with a bunch of Users inside newly created one.
After I added filter by user_id (user_id = 483) Preview tab became empty.
I’ve tried different filters - the same result.
But when I use the new data-set in analytics - it shows the data for user with user_id = 483.
Also I see that 1 row is imported on summary.
It’s very inconvenient to not see a preview of results when you setup new data-set using filters. 
Any idea why it happens? How can I fix that?
I’ve tried to add a filter to show Row ID =1 and it shows successfully.
Is it happen on a specific dataset?
I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
