Data not showing up

I’ve confirmed that specific lines of data are showing up on the edit dataset, however when I publish and visualise those lines of data are missing. I just do a simple straight table and filter for those values and the visual says “no data available” so I’m wondering how the data could be there in the datatable preview and then not there in the analysis? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Check you filters. I guess. you can check any data import filter on dataset too.

thanks for replying, yes, I’ve check and disabled filters and the data still not appearing.

I think it’s a bug - any idea where to post bugs in quicksight?

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case (Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support). If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account.
They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
