Is there a way to see all my datasets and their sizes on a single screen? That way, I wouldn’t have to open each dataset individually. It would help me understand and do some cleaning up.

I think its not possible via console to view all the DS on a single screen. you could use API or CLI to list it for your record and cleaning…
In addition you could also refer to this blog post where you could design the Admin dashboards
