How to access all quickSight datasets as an Admin

Hi team, I am curious to know, can an AWS root user access all the QuickSight datasets created by an IAM user without the users sharing these datasets with the Admin/Root account.

No, Until owner shared.

@Gigz you may use API List Data Sets to list out all datasets even it was shared by the Author ListDataSets - Amazon QuickSight

Is there a way to access these data sets under amazonbi user account? For dashboards by team owns in order to assess size and refresh cadence?

The admin account has access to all Quicksight assets in the console by going to the page Manage QuickSight → Manage assets. All datasets, analyses, dashboards from all users are available there.
