Delayed Data Refresh on Exception Handling V2 / Directed Collector – Network Adoption Dashboard

We are experiencing significant delays with the Exception Handling V2 / Directed Collector – Adoption dashboard, where data updates are taking several hours to refresh. This lag directly impacts our ability to effectively monitor and track key metrics in real time, including:

  • Number of routes (expected vs. completed)
  • Quick Scan counts
  • Adoption percentage

Because these metrics are critical for real-time monitoring and progress tracking, the prolonged refresh times hinder our operational visibility and decision-making. We would greatly appreciate a timely resolution to ensure the dashboard reflects up-to-date data so our team can monitor performance and take action promptly.

Hi @Mir

Welcome to the Quick community!

Thank you for reporting this issue. We understand the impact that delayed data refreshes can have on your team’s ability to monitor key adoption metrics in a timely manner.

As this is a public community forum managed by users, we unfortunately do not have access to private account details and are unable to troubleshoot account-specific issues directly. However, we’d like to point you in the right direction.

We kindly recommend reaching out to your Amazon QuickSight administrator, analysis/dashboard owner, or dataset owner to investigate the following:

  • Dataset refresh history: Check whether data refreshes are completing successfully and on schedule.
  • Refresh schedule configuration: Verify that the refresh intervals are set appropriately for your near-real-time monitoring needs.
  • Data source connectivity: Ensure the underlying data source is responding within expected timeframes.
