Detailed tooltip is not showing up

HI community,

Detailed tooltip suddenly disappeared at my end. Earlier there were many useful things like field content editing, showing other fields etc. But now I can only see 2 Display options.

Is there anything wrong with my settings or quicksight removed this feature?

Hello Raghu,

What kind of visuals you are referring to here?
If you claim that it was working well before and now broken. I would recommend to open a case with the AWS support.

Here are the steps for opening a support ticket - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf
