Difference of 'This day' and 'Till day' in the Relative Date filters

Hello @praveen.gp Hope this message finds you well!!

The difference between ‘This Day’ and ‘Till Day’ in qs relative date filter lies in the scope of the data they include.

  • ‘This Day’: This option filters the data to include only records from the current date (Day 0). It is strictly limited to data generated or recorded on today’s date.

  • ‘Till Day’: This option, on the other hand, includes all data from Day 0 (the current date) and all preceding days, depending on the range you’ve set. For example, if you set the filter to ‘last 7 days’ and choose ‘Till Day’, it will include data from the past 7 days up to and including today.

If you’re seeing no visible difference between the two, it might be due to the way your dataset is structured or the specific range you’ve applied. For instance, if your dataset only contains data for the current date, both options will return the same results. However, if your dataset spans multiple days, ‘Till Day’ should include a broader range of data compared to ‘This Day’.

To clarify further, you could test with a dataset that has records spanning several days and adjust the filter range to observe the difference. Let me know if you need additional help!
