Hello! I have a filter applied to a visual in my dashboard, however, I’m hoping to find a way to automatically disable this filter if the count of records included in my dataset (multiple other filter controls are available on the page) drops below a certain count. Does anyone have ideas on how to set this up? Thanks for your help!

stacking multiple levels of filters and aggregations on top of each other - which would be required to achieve your desired outcome - is currently not supported within QuickSight.
