Hi,
Recently, one of the donut charts on my dashboard stopped displaying the total value.
All the other graphs appear to be fine, except for this one.
Oddly enough, it shows values for groups but not the total value.
It’s also strange that it works perfectly with other measures or when using a gauge chart.
What could possibly be the issue?

Well that is extremely uncommon behaviour. I assume its a temporary issue. try it also on other browsers and see if there are any difference.
if issue persist, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further.
Here are the steps to open a support case .
If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

Just wanted to report that I am also having this same issue. All of a sudden the totals in a few donut charts are no longer showing, nothing changed in the report and I do not see a solution. I will see if I can submit a support request but would love to better understand what is causing this and an actual fix.
I just found out that the issue with totals only occurs with the SPICE dataset. When I switch the dataset to ‘Direct query’, it displays totals in all donut charts.
