Hello, I am facing an issue with my chat agent where the text is duplicated 20x PER line. For example: Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello. This is making it hard to read the final support from the chat. This happens while use the side bar chat with a QS agent.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any tips to get rid of the duplicate text?
