I am embedding dashboard in my website and showing all the stats at once. I was just wondering, instead of displaying all the visuals at once, can I allow the user the select which visual they want to see, to create a ‘report’. Their selection could be saved as ‘My Favorite Reports’.
If tagging visuals as favorite is not feasible , I can ask users to select which visuals they want to see. Is there any API or something where I can pass I’d of visuals and only those visuals appear?
And if both of these things are not possible, can I embed single visual only in a small frame? This way I’ll ask user to select their favorite visuals (using multiselect/ dropdown). If user selects 5, then I’ll hit API 5 times (in loop) for that user and show visuals in 5 small frames with one visual each.
Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
It’s been awhile since we last heard from you, did you have any additional or follow up questions regarding your initial topic? Were you able to try out the first and second approach that was shared?
If we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll go ahead and mark the solution to close out the topic.
