Enable QS account for author access

Hi Team,
I would need to enable my QS account for author access, in order to support my team with the creation of some apps to speed up certain processes and daily activities.
Unfortunately my profile is not enabled and I would need to contact a QS admin to request such access, could you help me to follow the correct procedure?
