Error in the created agent chat

I created a chat agent that was working fine, but I didn’t use it for a week. I’m not sure if an update caused the issue, but I’ve been trying to run it for the past two days and it keeps failing. I asked Quick Suite to identify the error, and it seems to be a general issue. I’ve attached a screenshot so you can help me with this, please.

In regard to your question, are you able to create new chats that reply successfully or are you facing the same behavior there as well? If the former (and you are still encountering this behavior after further attempts), then I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as they will be better able to answer why this could be occurring. If you are not able to due to organization-related permissions, then I would make sure to reach out to your internal channels or a respective IT admin to create a support ticket.
