As this is a public user forum, I am unable to view any links to your personal environment. When you say you are receiving a ā404ā when trying to create a chat agent, are you referring to an error you are receiving? I have not received this error before but upon some research this error could be from potentially not having access to create custom agents in Quick. Check that out and if you are receiving an error when trying to create a chat agent, then I would recommend submitting a support ticket. The support team will be able to further investigate your issue and uncover any potential findings. Please refer to this resource on how to submit a ticket (Case management - AWS Support).
@simon.de-la-fosse I am following up on this question. As per @JacobR suggestion, did you get a chance to verify that you have the right access?
One of the posible causes (for those with access), is that the session may timeout if the screen for adding an agent is left open for a long time. Was this error presented as soon as you try to create a new agent or when you are trying to save the agent?

I did resolve this thank you. After speaking with tech support myside they showed me I was accessing the wrong environment.
