Hello,
We are exporting data from a table chart. If we export to Excel, the file generated has only 20.000 rows. On the other hand, if we export to csv, the file generated contains all the rows of the table (48.870).
I have queried Quicksight documentation and I have read that “For table charts, Amazon QuickSight supports exporting up to 1 million rows or 500 MB of data, whichever limit is reached first”. We don’t reach this limit, so we don’t understand why the Excel file has only 20.000 rows.
Can you help me?
Thank you very much
Hi @edcaso - Welcome to AWS QuickSight Community and thanks for posting the question. Can you please see the download option and check the total number of rows and size of the file.
As QuickSight is a SaaS product, ideally this should support as per the documentation. In parallel, please submit a request to AWS customer support team so that they can also help you. To raise a request, please follow the link -Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support. If you do not have access, request your AWS admin team to submit a case on behalf of you.

Hello @Sanjeeb2022 ,
This is the information of the download:
Rows loaded: 20.000
File size: 2.32 MB
It doesn’t reach the limits of 1 million rows or 500 MB of data.
I am going to submit a request to AWS customer support team, as you have suggested me.
Thank you very much
Regards
Thanks @edcaso . If the issue will fix, please update the details in the community forum as it will help others. On another note, do you have any filter in the analysis or you have more than 20K records?
