Feature Request for Enhanced Table Functionality in Published Interactive Dashboard

I would like to request a feature request for published interactive dashboard’s table visual to incorporate more flexibility. Allowing an end user the option to modify the table would satisfy requirements where QuickSight is gapped.

We are looking to migrate ad hoc reporting functionality in our SaaS application to a QuickSight based report. We do not intend to expose the full authoring experience to support simple tabular reports and exporting needs.

We have explored paginated, but the limited flexibility in table objects when in a published state still poses challenges to the dynamic nature of the data, which may vary from client to client.

If we gave the user a table visual and the ability to customize the table such as: add/remove filters and add/remove columns, and download to flat file.

Exploring some low-code tools, these out of the box capabilities offered in their data table are exactly what we hope to see for a QuickSight table visual in a published dashboard to satisfy our requirements.
