Fields to join are not available in quicksight

I was trying to add dataset in my dataset which was successful but the joins option is not working .
Could someone from AWS support connect with me on Chime or Slack ?

Welcome to Quicksight Community and thank you for posting your question.

Could you please try raising a support ticket? You will have the option to choose between Web, Chat, and Email. If you are using a free account, you might only see the Web option. In that case, please try requesting a call—they should be able to assist you.

Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support). if you do not have access to raise the ticket, request your aws admin to help you. This way AWS team can connect with you via Chime.

First of all, welcome to the QuickSight community!

This is because there is no field available to connect the two tables.

First, create a common column between the two tables, and then you can try using a join.
