Filter not working

I want to add a filter but it keeps timing out when loading values because of the size of data I think. What are possible solutions for this filter to work?

Hi @andjela , I was also faced this situation don’t worry you can clear this issues by creating parameter and use that parameter as control.(Like Filter)

You can use a String Parameter if you data field is string type. It depend upon your data field to select the parameter type.

Thank you for the answer. I still have the same problem, it’s loading when I pin it to Controls and times out and then I get ‘Refresh this list’ box. When I click on that box it’s loading again.


Can you open up a support case so that AWS can dig further into the problem?

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
