I recently received this error in a filter
“Unable to refresh filter values. Stored values are still available as of Apr 4, 2022 UTC”
Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
Hi @dmarcus, you may want to check the connectivity to your dataset. The error messgage means QS is not able to connect to the dataset source to refresh your filter value, the sample values were static from 4/4. “Refresh the list” may also help if it is just one time thing.
Hi @emilyzhu , thanks for the suggestion, but the data is refreshed nightly. It definitely has something to do with the fact that the filter is a calculation field with a parameter, but can’t seem to reproduce it consistently.
hi @dmarcus , may I know the data source? if it is a database, can check the logs and see if there are any error?
