Hello -
I am trying to build a flow to automate reporting. One of the steps is to review alerts from an internal website (Trumpet Alerts), but it requires Midway authentication. How can I grant this to the agent to enable the flow? Thanks

Hi @giupensa and welcome to the Quick Community!
As the midway authentication is specifically used by AWS employees and the community is more of a public facing forum, we would not have much background knowledge regarding midway and the connection process as it’s not standard to public users. I would suggest reaching out internally as this may require further assistance from an AWS employee.
Hi @giupensa,
I apologize but I am not an AWS employee; therefore, I do not have much background knowledge into this. Like I previously stated, I would suggest reaching out internally to try and get your question resolved.
Hi Jacob - neither am I ![]()
This authentication is not unique to AWS employees. Let me know if there’s a specific team it may make sense to connect with. Thanks!
Hi @giupensa,
The ‘midway authentication’ is specifically used by AWS employees; to gain access to an internal website that requires midway authentication would require AWS employee credentials. As we would not be able to assist further with something of that matter, I would suggest creating a support ticket:
Hi @giupensa,
Just checking back in since we haven’t heard from you in a bit. I wanted to see if the guidance shared earlier helped resolve your question, or if you found a solution in the meantime. Moreover, if you submitted a support ticket and it uncovered any findings, please feel free to share them!
If you still have any additional questions related to your initial post, feel free to share them. Otherwise, any update you’re able to provide within the next 3 business days would be helpful for the community.
Thank you
Hi @giupensa,
