I’m prompting the Flows to automatically authenticate or make a pop-up for midway authentication inorder to get into CP Central. How can I do so? I’m getting struck at that point.

Since the community serves more as a public user forum and midway authentication is directly tied to AWS, it would be more beneficial for you to reach out internally as we have no additional knowledge on the steps needed for midway authentication. So I would try to connect with an internal account admin that can assist further.
