I am trying to use a Sharepoint integration to build and run my automation job. I am getting stuck at the midway authentication. I ran the Sharepoint integration from the “integrations” tab and connected my knowledge base. However, in QS Automation, I am unable to access it due to the authentication challenge.

As the midway authentication is specifically used by AWS employees and the community is more of a public facing forum, we would not have much background knowledge regarding midway and the connection process as it’s not standard to public users. I would suggest reaching out internally as this may require further assistance from an AWS employee.
