Gradiant color on table

is it possible or in the plan to have a feature similar to matplotlib.pyplot.imshow?
matplotlib.pyplot.imshow — Matplotlib 3.9.2 documentation
I am trying to plot a table which contains several numeric columns and also datatime column.

try to do gradiant color on the background of every column by using min of every column, max of every column to have a whole table using the same scale is quite a bit challenging currently.

Hi @pizzapasit,

Currently, Amazon QuickSight does not natively support a feature exactly equivalent to imshow from Matplotlib, where you can apply gradient coloring to the entire table based on minimum and maximum values across different numeric columns.

However, QuickSight does offer conditional formatting that allows you to apply color gradients within individual columns.

Please refer to below documentations and posts -

  1. Conditional formatting on visual types in QuickSight - Amazon QuickSight
  2. Conditional formatting based on column - #2 by Ashok

Let me know if that helps.

Thank you,
Shravya
