How to enable access for all AWS internal users? I’ve found this instruction Ihttps://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/share-a-dashboard-grant-access-everyone.html, however, I don’t have the option to Enable access for Everyone in this account.

Welcome to the community!
It am assuming you have an Author role in Quick Sight. It is possible that your Quick Sight Administrator has applied restrictions to sharing dashboards through Custom permissions.
Kindly check with your Administrator first to determine if that is the case. If there are no such restrictions applied and you still have issues you can revert back with additional details of your case for us to review and provide feedback.
