I created a FLOW and connected it to a SPACE which has data and dashboards integrated. Flow is not able to pull data from the dashboards in space. However, If I create an AGENT connected to SPACE, its able to do it well. How to connect the FLOW?

Flows do have a way to pull data from your Spaces, it’s the “Quick Suite data” step type (under adding a step). This step retrieves responses from your spaces and knowledge bases. You write a prompt describing what content to retrieve, and you can optionally link specific resources.
So instead of manually uploading CSVs, try adding a “Quick Suite data” step and connecting it to your Space. It should be able to query the dashboards and data in that Space similar to how an Agent does.
If the Quick data step isn’t giving you the dashboard-level detail you need, another option is the “Dashboards and topics” step type, which is specifically designed to query your dashboard data.

Hello Cesar – I followed the exact steps you mentioned in the screenshots. It seems like it’s working now. Previously, it had issues with pulling data, but now it looks good. Thank you for following up on this.
