Quick can't access data from a Quick Sight Dashboard

I’m trying to create a flow that grabs data from a dashboard and sends an email. I keep getting a “I don’t have access to the dealer data export you’re referring to” despite the data being housed in a QuickSight dashboard and showing up in my Quick home.

How can I fix this and grant Quick Flow access to this data?

Although your individual assets all exist within the same account, you’ll still need to link them up to prompt your Agent questions relating to a specific dashboard. The easiest way you can do this would be through the creation of a space.

After creating a space, you can link up structured and unstructured data, dashboards, topics and knowledge bases that have been setup within your account.

Once you’ve created your space and attached the required dashboard(s) to the space, you can now choose the form of data that you’d like to refer to within your Chat Agent.
So for instance, I built a space designed for Sales so I’m going to change my Chat Agent option to refer only to that space:
