Hide No Date Sections from report

Hello,
I make reports per customer, for some customers there are sections that are not relevant (no data) so I want to hide them automatically somehow.
For example:

I thought maybe use the Rules feature but not sure how (for example, if some metric is null then hide).
What is the best approach?
Thanks

Hi @InbalK,
If the requirement is to restrict the data based on user level, you can probably go with RLS in Quicksight. Using row-level security with user-based rules to restrict access to a dataset - Amazon QuickSight

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks

From what I’m told it’s because of using filters instead of parameters.

I use filters mostly in my dashboards right now and have that same problem. I’ve asked the question on here and that hiding that message if no data is only possible with parameters because it controls the data before it even gets to the quicksight engine.

Will be experimenting with some changes to our dashboards soon to try this out, but haven’t had any time to confirm this yet.

Can’t imagine it being hard to have a way to hide it, or show something more aesthetic in my opinion using some option AWS could make…
