I am trying to share a study material I created to New Employees and the ones that are in my cluster are able to open it and use the study material but the people who are not in my cluster can’t access it. it shows me that they do have access. I tried giving them access as viewers and that didn’t work so I tried Co owners afterwards and that still didn’t work.

Can you please provide a little more context of what the study material is (whether it’s a chat agent with attached knowledge, dashboard, etc.)? If for example the new employees have access to a dashboard, but do not have access to the datasets attached, they will not be able to see the contents of the dashboard. This reason or something similar could be the reason why this is occurring for some users.

@WLS-Luis It is a study guide that I created for new interns, i gave it a bunch of documents and it is acting like a test. you can choose topics of what you want to be tested. I created it through create an app part. I added everyone’s alias on the access settings and it shows me that they have access but when they try to open it it doesn’t let them and givers them an error. The image below is the error code that they get.

Apologies for the delay in response. I am not sure if this error is referencing a specific Space connected to this app. If that is the case, then you will need to share the Space as well with the other users so that they can use the app.
