How do I find the dataset owner of a Quicksight? I am trying to review a Quicksight for our site to gather information for our WBR but I do not have access. It is stating the data is restricted and that I need to contact the dataset owner to update the row-level security rules.

It proposed two ways. First is to ask your QuickSight Administrator (as he can see the owner for every asset in QuickSight). Second is to use the CLI (eg. via CloudShell) and call describe_data_set_permissions() for a specific dataset.
