How to add a link when the scheme is `http`

I am trying to add a link to a table using the URL option.

The link works if the URL scheme for the column value is https, but the link does not work if the URL scheme is http.
Is there any way to make the link work in the http case?

Incidentally, the visual designates a table.

You can add up to 500 rows of links for each page in a table. Only https and mailto hyperlinks are supported. as mentioned in the shared field-styling link
