How to add Troubleshooting Tool as a knowledge base for ats-swoop chat agent on RVA?

I a DAM at an SC and created a chat agent in ats-swoop to pull data for us from Realtime Volume Analyzer for daily bridging. I have it mostly set up but the agent needs access to troubleshooting tool so that it can deep dive and generate package level misses. I’ve been trying to navigate the website for any way to input this but have failed to do so. Any suggestions to integrate this? If not possible this is a feature I would love to have to make the chat agent actually useful.

In regards to mentioning internal team(s) and tools, please note this is a public facing forum, therefore we would not have knowledge/be able to assist with matters specific to your private organization/account. So to that point, I am unsure if there is a specific troubleshooting tool that your org. uses or if this is more generally speaking.
Looking at this more broadly, I believe you would need to setup a connector for the troubleshooting tool so that you could utilize. If there is a specific tool/app used for this by your org and it’s not in the list of available connectors; would this be something that you could connect through the ‘REST API Connection’ option?
