Chat Agent Removed from AMZLBIAQUICKSIGHT

Why was the chat agent removed from the AMZLBIAQUICKSIGHT page? We are unable to deep dive those reports as we can in Amazon BI. Is there a way to bring this back?

Unfortunately, as this is a public user forum, we do not have access to view your internal assets such as custom chat agents. If you feel like this is a bug and the chat agent should be appearing on your Quick account, then submitting a support ticket may be your best option there; otherwise, I would also recommend reaching out internally within your organization to find out the cause.
