While Quick Sight does not have a built in feature for buttons, there’s a work around you can use to create these.
I helped someone in the past with a similar request, you can use the same logic to create buttons to replace the sheet tabs and using navigation actions. Check out the breakdown I provided on this previous topic:

When you open the Arena view linked above, there’s a button on the left side to ‘copy analysis’ which will allow you to access the Analysis to see how this was created.
As I broke down in the other link included above, you’ll need to create a calculated field with the text of your sheet name. Then add that field to a table, hide the title, header and other settings so that it looks like a button as opposed to a table.
Then add an action that navigates you to the matching sheet.
