Hi,
How can we export a visual as an image in Quick suite?
I think this is a very simple feature that each chart should have it.

Hi @Noorali
Quick Suite does not currently support exporting individual visuals as images directly from the UI. We understand this would be a valuable capability for many customers.
At AWS, our roadmap is primarily driven by our customers, and your feedback helps us build a better service. I have tagged this as a feature request to promote visibility with our service team.
Please check the following resource for the export options that are available today.
I think this feature has been asked before and I am wondering which feature regarding export of a chart has been published recently?
I understand it may currently be considered a feature request, but from a user perspective it feels like a basic capability—for example, inserting a chart image directly into PowerPoint.
Hi @Noorali
Thank you for following up, and I completely understand your perspective. While AWS does not disclose its current roadmap or timelines for upcoming features, you can keep an eye on the What’s New page in the community for updates as they are released.
We appreciate your feedback, it has been marked as a feature request and will help inform future improvements to the service.
What does Pixel-Perfect Reports do?
What I need is :
Our client want to select some chart from his dashboard and make a pdf for management. Image we have 100 charts in 10 different sheets and he want to include one chart from each sheet to final report.
How can we do that?
Thanks
Hi @Noorali
Pixel-Perfect Reports in QuickSight allow you to create highly formatted, multi-page PDF reports with precise control over layout, page size, and arrangement of charts, tables, and images. They are designed for professional distribution, think polished management reports.
The scenario you described, selecting one chart from each of 10 different sheets and combining them into a single PDF, is exactly what Pixel-Perfect Reports can address. Here’s how this can be achieved:
This gives your client a curated PDF containing only the charts they choose, with live data.
Please note that Pixel-Perfect Reports are available in the Enterprise edition.

Just to add another voice to this feature request… we embed QuickSight dashboards in our product, and probably the main question we get asked that we can’t easily answer is “how do I just copy this chart and put it in a PowerPoint?”. We’ve put together a guide for screenshotting for Mac and Windows just to get round this feature gap, but it’s still the biggest “Really? The dashboard can’t even do that?!?” annoyance from our end user customers.
It’s just a standard expectation now - in Excel you can copy as chart a picture, users just expect it and it’s a real annoyance to their workflow that it can’t be done. While it’s great to see the QuickSight team building out quite niche features like custom sorts, this gap is a much more glaring omission.
