How to fix timeout error when refreshing dataset in redshift SPICE

Hi Quicksight team, I constantly received timeout error message recently when refreshing datasets, though it went well before. Could you let me know what the key cause is? the dataset was built in redshift SPICE.

how much time the data refresh was taken place before it shows the timeout error message?
did you check if there are any error message in the query executed in Redshift?
Also, how big is the data size and number of rows?
