How to format fields that are rows?

Is it possible to apply to conditional formatting to fields that are placed in the rows section of a pivot table visual? I know it’s possible for fields in the values section.

There is report dashboard we are creating for a client that was very tight constraints. The report is exactly as they would like it, except we can’t group by one column, so it repeats on every row.

This requirement is trumped by the ability to order columns and apply conditional formatting to string fields.

If there’s not a workaround, can this be added as a feature request?

I will tag this as a feature request. To understand the requirement, is there a possibility to add a screenshot on the expected output of this pivot table with conditional formatting ?

I have taken a quick screenshot. I had to redact most of the values to keep things safe. I hope this is gives enough to gather requirements. If you need more, please let me know.
