I am an Amazon employee. I need to get permission to one QuickSight Account which we use it to see our SAs presence. My manager tried to give me permission but it doesn’t work.

Do you have access to other QuickSight accounts and you’re just having trouble accessing this one in particular? Is there a support ticket process that you can submit? As this is a public forum, we would not have the ability to assist you with permissions.
Does your manager have access to the discussed account? Can you share what your manager did to try and grant you permission? Maybe we can provide some pointers on where to check accordingly.
