Manage QuickSight option is not available in my account

I am working on BlackBelt training, but unable to find many topics. Such a manage quicksight option is not available.

Hi @shamchs - Welcome to AWS QuickSight Community and thanks for posting your question, To see Manage QuickSight option, you should be a QuickSight administrator privilege. Please see the link below - Managing Amazon QuickSight - Amazon QuickSight

You can request you aws admin team to assign you the QuickSight Admin role so that you can see this in your QuickSight login.
