Need Help With Missing 'Manage QuickSight' Option in AWS - Possible Permissions Issue

Hello!

I’m currently facing an issue with Amazon QuickSight and was hoping someone could help me out.

When I click on the profile icon in the upper right corner, I don’t see the “Manage QuickSight” option. I suspect this might be a permissions issue.

Here’s what I think might be the cause:

  • The IAM policies or roles associated with my AWS account may need adjustment.

If that’s the case, I have a couple of questions:

  1. Could someone confirm if this issue is indeed related to my user IAM policies or roles?
  2. If so, what policies should I add to resolve this issue?

Do you know if you are an admin or not?

Hi @kolodnydan

You need to be an admin to see the “Manage QuickSight”. Someone who is an admin at your company can make you one.
