Hello! I have a question about Amazon Quick Chatting agents. When creating a chat agent, is there a way to keep the prompt buttons that appear on the first screen always visible even after the chat has started? I’m creating a team-shared agent, and the configured prompt buttons disappear after the chat starts, so I’d like to keep them visible at all times.

When you say prompt buttons do you mean these:
If these are what you are referring to, I believe the purpose of these suggestions are to help you start a chat but not something you use to continue a chat.
I do not think there is any workarounds for this, even if you create a custom chat agent. What I can do is attach the ‘feature-request’ tag to this post to help increase visibility to the Quick Team.
