How to set username to email of federated SSO users?

When a user gets created via federated SSO there username is automatically set to IAM_Role/email@company.com.

Is there a SAML attribute or something I can use to have their username default to their email address?

Hello Particlepat,

I am not aware of any such setup for federated sso user. I believe its not possible at the moment.
However, if you invite the user under manage users being an admin, user could use their email id as login but again this will be treated as different user.
